Cancellation soon after making the payment [within 24hours] will be reversed back to your credit card due to any reason. You simply send and an email mentioning that you don't require booking.
Other cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before 15 days of check-in . There is no cancellation of booking placed with 15 days of check-in. No cancellations are entertained for those booking that the on special occasions like Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc. These are peak season business and therefore cancellations are not possible. Refund Policy When you book the Hotel Room for particular, your booking is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your booking, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. To request a refund, simply contact us with your booking details within ninety (30) days of your booking. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after booking) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for booking within 15 days of check-in. 50% of Refund can be made if booking are not in a peak season or checkin date is 15days before the actual date.
